Overlooking the Isle of Wight and the Solent, the 19th-century Macdonald Elmers Court Hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a spa and gym which is open all year round, as well as a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Rooms have views over the courtyards or grounds.

The rooms are located in a separate courtyard away from the main manor house, and all have an en-suite bathroom. All rooms also feature a TV and work desk.

The Solent Restaurant serves Italian style food. The two bars offer light meals and drinks, and guests can dine on the terrace
